Returns & Exchanges

At The Fleece Company, we want you to be completely cozy with your purchase; if your home textiles aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unwashed condition with packaging intact to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully fold your fleece items and place them in the original shipping box or a similar secure mailer, ensuring all tags are attached.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
